Preparing for a Meet

Every Piranha needs to be taking care of his/her body in the days leading up to a meet and the day of a meet. They can do this by:

1. Drinking water - a person loses more than 1/2 their body weight in water each day.

2. Eating healthy foods - fruits, vegetables, protein

3. Rest - getting a good night sleep before a meet and resting the day of a meet
